Artist Emma McEvoy got more than she bargained for upon staging her brilliant Sand Castles installation over one weekend in April 2016.
The Age picked up the story in this article and over the next two days the derelict house she filled with sand as a setting for with her photographic works taken in an Namibian ghost town drew a huge crowd. On the Monday night an unknown group broke into the house which was scheduled to be demolished the next day and changed the setting entirely.
We’ve documented that final stage for an upcoming project in VR.
